Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping to bring Fluidix products to customers globally.

Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we ask that any change or cancellation requests be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. However, you may return the item for a full refund once it has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow extra time during holiday seasons or sale events. We process orders within 1-3 business days, and shipments will be sent the next day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery can take 2-4 weeks depending on your location.

What if I don't receive my order?
If your order is not received within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on Fluidix are displayed tax-free in US Dollars. However, you may be liable for any duties, taxes, or customs fees once the order reaches your destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you received defective, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item or your cancellation request. For any questions, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or card provider as it might take some time before the refund is posted.
